At calliora, we are a small team building software that actually works in everyday clinical practice. In this role, you are responsible for both product and UX: you talk to users, bring structure to requirements, design the central flows, and accompany features until rollout. You work closely with engineering and clinical experts and iterate quickly.
Your Responsibilities
- Exchange with clinics: interviews, walkthroughs, and fast feedback loops.
- Translating insights into roadmap, specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Design of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; further development of our design system.
- Close collaboration with engineering: from kickoff to reviews to launch.
- Measuring success (KPIs) and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
Your Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product, UX, or Product Design (startup / B2B SaaS is a plus).
- Strong portfolio and impact in previous comparable roles.
- Excellent communication and a good sense for prioritization.
- You enjoy working with engineers and domain experts.
- Interest in healthcare (you don't need to bring clinical experience).
